Return policy
This policy applies to tangible goods fulfilled through the Wellington coordination desk. Streaming access rights follow separate cancellation rules published at purchase.
Eligibility window
Unopened consumer goods may return within thirty calendar days of delivery when packaging remains resaleable. Custom-printed items are evaluated case by case.
Process
Email the desk with order references and photographs showing condition. Approved returns receive prepaid labels when the fault lies with fulfillment partners.
Refunds
Stripe or banking refunds mirror original payment paths within ten business days of warehouse inspection. Shipping charges refund only when items arrived incorrect or damaged.
Partial use
Hydration bottles may not qualify for refunds once filled unless manufacturing defects appear under normal domestic use.
Dispute support
If resolution stalls, you may escalate to relevant consumer agencies identified on the New Zealand Commerce Commission website.
